Hey all! We have finally received the funds from the project and paid BackerKit for their involvement in marketing. Now, we are waiting for them to review and approve our page on their site. Once they do, we'll send out the BackerKit surveys to the Emails associated with your accounts here, and you'll be able to review your orders, see what taxes will look like, add additional add-on items, and more! 

You must also re-enter your Email address, and we'll use that information to send you your digital rewards, including PDFs, music, and more.

We'll send another message as soon as that goes out!

The Campaign Has Ended! Here's How Things Will Go:

The campaign is over, and it was a muuuuuch bigger success than we were expecting! You all blew this thing entirely out of the water! Now that March is over, I wanted to give everyone the immediate timeline for how things are going to work. This is all very important, so please be sure you understand. You can leave comments or message us if you have questions!

April - Payout Period + Late Pledges

Through the month of April, payment from this campaign will be processing as Kickstarter collects payment from all of you. This takes several weeks and we aren't involved in that process. During this time, we'll be offering Late Pledge rewards here on the Kickstarter, which will allow people to pick up items they missed or sign up if they missed the campaign. The Late Pledges will end at the end of the month.

BackerKit (Taxes + Additions)

Once the Kickstarter has paid out and we have the actual numbers for products and such, we'll send Emails out to everyone (the Emails you signed up to this campaign with) to onboard onto BackerKit, where you will lock in your purchases, put add-ons in if you want to, and provide shipping and contact information. This is also where we collect the Email addresses we'll send Digital Rewards out to, including DTRPG links and the OSTs.

It is crucial that you keep an eye out for the BackerKit onboarding email or message, as you will only be able to receive your items if you follow up through BackerKit. As a reminder, these will be sent out around the beginning of May.

Once we have all that collected, we'll be collecting taxes for your purchases. This will be based on tax rates at the time of collection. Then we'll send out the digital rewards as they're done!

Shipping costs will be paid down the road, when we're close to manufacturing and shipping. Your shipping address won't be locked until we're ready to make these changes, so you can change it through BackerKit whenever you need to until that point.

STLs and Miniatures

When the bestiary, races, subraces, and classes section of the guide is complete, we will begin polling everyone regarding which creatures, characters, and such you all want to see made into STLs and miniatures. Once we know which you want, we'll add them to the BackerKit PreOrder store where you can purchase them and lump them in with your orders.

Thanks to everyone, we've passed our final Stretch Goal of $150,000 CAD! As we descend into the final few days of this campaign, we've made the one-shot campaign we'll be working on into a pre-order add-on item that you can add to your pledge if you want to! We'll also sell it later through DriveThruRPG if you'd prefer to wait until then. It will be intended to be a multi-session adventure that will use content from the guide (and our previous guides)!
